POSITION OBJECTIVE

Report to Mercedes me store manager and as part of me store operation team, product expert executive is expected to provide expertise product knowledge and car consultation services to visitors for enhanced customer experience as well as to perform luxury retail selling and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in corporate and marketing events etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be Mercedes-Benz brand ambassador, provide expert knowledge regarding our brand and products
• In charge of car showroom, general maintenance of displayed cars and product information update
• Identify prospects and provide consultation services to interested parties and 
• Generate leads, prospect qualification, test drive arrangements and handover to Sales Team
• Perform customer service, sales and operational duties in me store retail
• Establish excellent relationship with store customers and other stakeholders
• Be able to explain the range of functionality to customers to benefit in their driving experience
• A basic knowledge about after sales products and service, which could bring additional benefit to the customer
• Depending on availability and requirements, Product experts are deployed during various phases of customer contact and the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in Automobile industry, product management or sales
• Exposure to luxury retail and lifestyle is an advantage
• Mature, presentable with excellent communication skills in a luxury environment
• Passionate about Mercedes-Benz brand and its products and technologies
• Patience and strong customer focus
• English speaking is must, Chinese speaking is a plus
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
