Job Description:

• Lead the Telesales Department for Business Acquisition: Marketing, Online, Branch Walk-in, Alliances and Brokers
• Ensure the services quality of the team to deliver customer services, handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Portfolio & Retention: Gating, Refinance, Renewal 
• Cooperation project with property developer of providing mortgage loan services, on-site monitoring, subsidy scheme, and handle the services enquiries during non-office hour

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder or higher qualifications
• At least 8 years’ experience of managing sizable sales teams to meet sales goals a must, with experience in banking/finance/membership/property/telecom industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Aggressive, proactive and outgoing personality
• Proficiency in using MS Office application (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
