Responsibilities:

• Perform coordination work between vendor and customers. Such as orders and delivery arrangement, AR & AP issues, price control and etc.
• Documentation and other ad-hoc activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in business or marketing related discipline
• Over 2 years’ experience in sales coordination role　(Fresh Graduate with related academic knowledge will also be considered)
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
• Good team player and with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Capable to communicate in Japanese (N3 or above)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
