Responsibilities:

1. To greets all guests at all times in a friendly & provide receptionist/administrative services for guests in a professional manner.
2. To provides guests with a quality working place orientation/tour.
3. To endeavours to maintain the high standards of the customer services and descent guest experience services with particular regard to the importance of ATLAS Membership Program.
4. To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
5. To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
6. To handle other daily operation issues in the center, such as internal monthly reports, rental payments, order inventory
7. To provide concierge service, such as assisting guests in restaurant reservation, transportation arrangement, etc.
8. To maintain accuracy of guest/CRM database input for the use of the ATLAS Membership Program

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management
2. 1-3 years working experience in customer service, such as front desk, receptionist, concierge, VIP/executive lounge service and/or service center is preferred
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
4. Resourceful, proactive, well organized and able to multi-task
5. Customer oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skill
6. Open minded, willing to learn, good team player and with “Can-Do attitude”
7. Dynamic and energetic 
8. Willing to work on roster basis
9. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
10. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
11. Fresh graduates will be also considered
