Responsibilities:

• Assist sales / BD to create and update the SOP.
• Act as a focus point of contact between key customers and operations.
• Maintain or review the buying & selling with sales or BD.
• Responsible for various internal and external operational reports
• Work with Sales teams closely

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in forwarding industry;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese ;
• Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Immediately available preferred.
