Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and organize a team of merchandisers to deliver operational excellence
- Ensure the promotions are well-implemented along the company's plan
- Maintain strong customer relations with store people
- Revisit compliance rate of the promotion reports & suggest on how to deliver effective & efficiency way
- Collect information & provide feedback on competitors products
Requirement
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG industry
- Pleasant, self-motivation, good interpersonal skill and attentive to details
- Prove ability to handle multi-tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
