Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle phone enquires and complaints from Corporate Banking Customer
- Resolve customer complaints and urgent matter via phone
- Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma Holder
- Experience in Corporate Banking Customer Servicing would be advantageous
- Customer oriented and positive attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must. (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
About Work:
- 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 09:00-18:00
- Working Location: Quarry Bay
