Job Description:

1/ Supervise Sales Coordinator team.

2/ Support Sales team to prepare quotations and reports.

3/ Reply inquiries from overseas branches and customers.

4/ Track and trace shipments status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth

Qualifications / Skillset Required:

1/ Tertiary education or above.

2/ Good command of English & Mandarin, proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage,

   but not necessary.

3/ For 5 to 8 years of experience in freight forwarding company. Longer working experience is preferable.

   4/ Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

   5/ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
