Responsibilities:

• Plays a pivotal role in customer satisfaction and retention by providing the after-sales support service, strengthening the bond between Puyi, Brands and end-customers.
• Liaise with suppliers to evaluate and process the repair items, including obtain quotations and repair lead-time, and process return and receipt of repair items and follow up on long outstanding cases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process purchase orders, handle supplier invoices, credit notes, and provide allocation plan and delivery note.
• Directly communicate with each shop to expedite the repair cases and provide quotation to front line.
• Maintain and manage defective database and update summary to shop on a weekly basis.
• Analyze the defective issues by supplier and work with supplier to improve the defective rate.
• Maintain the defective storage room and participate in the stock take of defective store-room with stock team on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years’ relevant experience;
• With strong analytical, good time management and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail;
• Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Proficiency in EXCEL and PowerPoint;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
