Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day clerical and administrative support to the sales team.
• Handle purchase orders and enquiries from customers.
• Prepare regular department reports including sales, customers and inventory.
• Consolidate information to assigned clients including price lists, products delivery schedules, promotion proposals, new products or offers, etc.
• Work with internal departments including Product, Marketing and Logistics teams for smooth sales fulfillment and stock operation.
• Assist in roadshows and other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• 2 years relevant working experience preferably in a sales department
• Good communication skills, fluency in both spoken, written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid numerical and analysis skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent
• Strong administration skills and multi-tasking
• Can work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available would be an advantage
