Job Description :

1. Responsible for organizing all sales activities to achieve sales volume and profit targets set by management, including Wedding, Corporation, Decoration and Social Event;
2. Coach and lead sales team to achieve and exceed sales target and maximizes up-selling opportunities;
3. Expand the customer and market segments by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining repeated business with establish clients;
4. Collect market intelligence on market trend to facilitate the development of sales strategies;
5. Prepare sales forecasts and analysis reports for management.

Qualifications

1. Degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Banquet Sales with at least 2 year at managerial level;
3. Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible and hard-working;
4. Ambitious, with strong drive to achieve targets, revenue and profits;
5. Excellent in interpersonal, communication and negotiation and profits;
6. Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
