Job Description
The Job:
- First point of contact with international customers, sales and warehouse teams
- Answer customer inquiries; handle any customer complaints/issues
- Maintain accurate and updated order system
- Track and follow up order and shipment status
- Coordinate for any order payment, product pickup, goods return, etc.
- Prepare pro forma invoice
- Coordinate with warehouse on shipping & packaging requirements, and pick & pack arrangements
- Maintain systematic filing and record system
The Person:
- High Diploma or above with at least 3 years relevant experience in customer service field preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing / distribution / retail company with emphasis on customer service a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with people of all levels
- Customer oriented. Good problem solving skill
- Well organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of ABS or similar order software
- Immediate available is preferred.
