Job Duties : 

• Responsible for Offsize Cargo sales management, build up and maintain good relationship with clients, daily operations, and establishing analytical and forecast system for well-monitoring clients’ profiles & performance fulfillment, and upcoming business trend
• Support niche product route network development projects
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Regional Revenue Management and Capacity Control Teams  to improve commercial efficiency of flights
• Resolve all sorts of challenges and issues to retain high customer satisfaction level of niche products
• Responsible for the sales and revenue results within the Region
• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder;
• At least 5 years sales experience and knowledge in cargo airline and/or forwarding industry;
• Have knowledge in regulations and practices on offsize/odd-size products; 
• Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities;
• Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in a cargo airline;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Computer skills (MS office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, IBM lotus, Cargo-spot, etc.)
