Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous reception services to customers
- Handle telephone calls and email enquiries or complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing records
Requirements
- HKDSE or HKALE level or above
- 1 year experience in customer service is preferred
- Presentable, punctual and responsible
- Good telephone manners and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required
- Working location: Regal Airport Hotel
