Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries, services request and complaints through e-mail and phone
- Prepare bookings and documentation set for both sea/air freight shipment, customs, etc.
- Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily shipment’s operations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Completion of Form 7 or DSE
- 1-2 years in operations field with freight forwarding or shipping knowledge is preferred.
- Able to handle full sets I/E documentation
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Automated Manifest System (AMS); Advanced Commercial Information (ACI) & ISF will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Immediately available is preferred
