Responsibilities

• Provide support to Retail Manager
• Prepare retail data reports
• Monitor and co-ordinate retail shop activities (announce retail staff incentive scheme, arrange/monitor GWPs, merchandise needs, etc…)
• Coordinate necessary arrangements for retail shops – cleaning services, maintenance/repair, packaging materials, display tools, etc.
• Prepare sales report
• Prepare sell thru & best seller reports
• Handling of defective & damage products (Direct retail & Wholesale stocks)
• Assist in showroom preparation for wholesale selling conference
• Participate in any Ad Hoc projects/Event that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements: 

• High Dip. holder or above
• At least 2 years of fashion wholesale/retail experience
• Sales driven, good team-player and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent numerical sense, sensitive to figures with analytical mind
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
