Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and responsible for all retail, wholesale and franchisee business of the brand in APAC 
• In charge of the presentation of the collection to franchisees and distributors
• Responsible for developing and expanding a strong retail and wholesale network to achieve sales target
• Lead the sales team to prepare and conduct seasonal sales meetings with the distributors and franchisees
• Responsible for P&L, forecast and achieve retail and wholesale turnover and margin
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts of retail and wholesale business to achieve sales target and collect competitive market feedback
• Negotiate terms and conditions for existing and prospective customers
• Formulate trade activities within the given budget & resources
• Expand the licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees, and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets
• Have sound understanding of APAC markets for proper licensing strategies formulation
• Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years' retail/wholesale/franchisee/licensing management experience in fashion leather goods, fashion, lifestyle, footwear or accessories products in APAC
• Experience in handling US and European wholesale accounts will be a plus
• Strong understanding, experience and distribution network
• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong entrepreneurial flair and good business acumen
• Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Frequent travel is needed
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
