RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Monitor job progress
Ensure positive client experience
Quickly respond to enquiries and provide sincere advice
Manage expectations about how problems will be handled
Work with contractors to make sure they understand client needs
Collect feedback and communicate with the Team about client stories

REQUIREMENTS:-

At least 1-2 years working experience
Enjoy talking and listening to people
Strong interest in client service and great attention to details
Motivated to learn professionally and grow personally
Native Cantonese
