Job Description

My client is an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Monitor job progress

  • Ensure positive client experience

  • Quickly respond to enquiries and provide sincere advice

  • Manage expectations about how problems will be handled

  • Work with contractors to make sure they understand client needs

  • Collect feedback and communicate with the Team about client stories

 

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • At least 1-2 years working experience

  • Enjoy talking and listening to people

  • Strong interest in client service and great attention to details

  • Motivated to learn professionally and grow personally

  • Native Cantonese
