Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
  • Explore opportunities to extend the sales network. Negotiate the trading terms and finalize the trading agreement with the new & assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and enhance the business relationship with the assigned key accounts.
  • Assist in planning & executing the sales and marketing activities for the assigned key accounts to broaden the market share so as to increase the sales turnover, maintain a consistence growth and achieve the sales target.
  • Prepare proposals and key account plans, present and agree with customers, including sales review and business plan.
  • Maintain update of competitor’s information and thus strengthen our competitive ability.
  • Maintain the best planogram to ensure proper product assortment and mix in each sales channel to maximize sales turnover.
  • Plan and arrange for roadshows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and formulate promotion plans and activities among sales channels
  • Formulate and implement business plans for corporate business.
  • Formulate and line up market-wide joint promotion with business partners like: banks and credit card centers, to achieve sales and marketing objectives and support frontline sales.
  • Prepare and maintain the sales forecast.
  • Provide various reports to management for the progress of the business.
  • Monitor the A/R of the key accounts.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above major in sales & marketing experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in serving corporate accounts or sizable organization
  • Network and relationship with retail channels in chain-stores a must
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated, well-organized & good time management
