Responsibility:

•  Perform effective sales administration works
•  Data entry, filing and record updating
•  To assist our sales team for quotation preparation
•  Handle all ad hoc assignments as required
•  Provide and coordinate services support including after sale customer service

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE/Diploma or above with 1-2 years working experience
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, great communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as working in a team environment
• Good command of English & Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in Windows operation & MS office, Chinese word processing is an advantage
