Job Responsibility:

• Follow up customer orders & enquiries
• Date entry for SAP system
• Contact Customers, Suppliers & Logistic company for order and shipment arrangement
• Prepare full set of shipping documents
• Provide administrative support for the team

Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• 1-2 years shipping experience in trading
• Familiar with SAP System, Word and Excel
• Good command in English and Cantonese (mandarin speaking is preferable)
• Japanese speaking is preferable (but not a must)
• Immediately available preferred
