Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily retail operations of a wine shop/ website.
- Provide professional wine advises to customers
- Manage wine promotions, wine tasting functions, as well as any relevant ad hoc event
- Develop customer network and maintain excellent business relationships whilst achieving sales targets
- To follow up with customers’ orders and delivery arrangement.
- Develop and implement multi-level sales strategies
- Manage daily operation via point of sales system
- Liaise effectively with internal & external parties

Requirements:
- Have an interest and passion in wine business
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in spoken English & Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good PC skill in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent, self-starter, responsible, detail minded, well-organized and multi-tasking
- Less experienced is also welcome
