Job Description
Job Duties:
- Answering customer enquires via phone, email and online channel
- Handling and process the orders from all sales channels
- Handling from quote to close job
- Achieve individual sales target and supporting the team to achieve the yearly target
- Maintain and grow customer base network
- Report to the team supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of or experience of printing industry is a bonus
- Sales and or customer service experience require or experience in a similar role
- Attention to details and able to work independently
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
