Job Description

Responsibilities:

Back end support to sales team
Conduct handholding program of sales
To ensure customer satisfaction and a good team player
To actively pick up phone calls & services recovery
Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved
Coordinate and oversee the execution of all advertising campaigns.
Manage post sales process

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
At least one year of experience in Customer Service preferred
Good telephone manner
Experience in a customer orientated environment
Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem resolution and coordination skills
Ability to work independently
Can-do & positive attitude
Fresh graduates will also be considered
