Job Responsibilities:

- manage the daily operational requirements of our partner and wholesales customers who represent an important part of our business.

- Coordinate and follow up on customer service about the status of their orders, payments, refunds etc.

- Contribute information to a customer service database

- developing a regular communications plan to keep our partners informed of updates to our policies, procedures, promotions etc

Job Requirements:

- Degree in marketing or BBA related discipline preferred (final year students are also welcome to apply)

- F.5 or above candidates with related working experience are also preferred

- Previous jobs in a customer facing role would be a benefit but is not essential

- Ability to handle customers with poise, professionalism, and a positive attitude and to lead by example

- Good command of spoken and written English, fluency in one another Asian language would be an advantage.
