Job Duties

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Handling intercompany transaction and confirmation
• Assist in month-end closing and management reporting
• Assist in company secretarial duties
• Assist in General Admin tasks
• Support ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years or above relevant working experience; Candidate with no experiences will be also considered
• Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Knowledge in Kingdee system is an advantage 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
• Immediately available / short notice is an advantage
