Customer Services Officer (5 - day work)

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily order operations
• Answer customer enquiries, complaints and requests via hotline, email etc.
• Maintain master data records in systems
• Work closely with different departments to ensure timely response of customer enquiry or resolution of issues.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• F.5  or above with at least 1 year’s relevant experience
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented, self-initiated and able to work independently with good problem solving skill
• Immediate availability is preferred

- Comprehensive on-job training programs will be provided.

 (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant.)
