Job Responsibility:

• Sales Revenues/Budgets: Meet/exceed pre-set sales targets.
• Planning/Forecasting: Be responsible for business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts
• Business/Markets: Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references. Work closely with marketing team to develop strategies and organize marketing activities (i.e. seminars/ workshops)
• Customer focus: Maintain and develop good relationships with key customers
• Information systems: Utilize the SFDC to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness “in front of” the customer and aid sales.
• Communication: Organization of meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.

Position area requirements, qualifications, experiences and competencies:

• Bachelor's degree/ master’s degree in Biological/Medical sciences
• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience with proven track record.
• Experience of various techniques including PCR, nucleic acid manipulation, Automation and NGS.
• Knowledge of relevant markets (i.e. life science, applied testing and instrumentation) and molecular biological topics and products.
• Good team player and can contribute to the team success
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication skills at all business levels.
