Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-house technical support and maintenance services
- Installation & configuration of software & hardware
- To assist Sales team in overall job operations and co-ordination
- Prepare submission including system design, engineering drawing, system and reliability test procedures etc
- To ensure smooth handover & communication to customers from the commencement of installation, service / maintenance contract.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above with relevant discipline
- Good communication of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficiency in MS Office, IT network experience is highly preferable
- Interest in new technology
- Team Player
- Execellent presentation and communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are Welcomed
