Job Description
工作職責：
- 管理店舖日常營運，如管理訂單及貨品、人手分配及培訓
- 提升店舖顧客服務及推廣技巧
- 提升及檢視服務標準及員工表現
- 獨立解決顧客問題及投訴
- 定期向區域主任匯報
- 月薪可達$15,000
入職要求：
- 中五程度或以上
- 兩年或以上店舖管理經驗
- 有責任感及富團隊合作精神
- 能獨立處理店舖營運工作
- 良好語言溝通能力 (粵語、普通話、英語)
- 良好電腦操作技巧，中文打字(速成或倉頡)
