Job Description
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication & customer services skills. Daniel Johns Group offers an array of investments products (such as residential & commercial properties, business shares) to investors and communication with these investors is key to the success of our business.
Job Role:
- Collaborate & assist the shareholders on the investments sales process
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with investors through open and interactive communication
- Understand conveyancing process in the UK, legal paperwork and contracts
- Manage new & existing stakeholder relationships
- Meeting buyers and sellers of the properties or developments
- Organising the listing of properties or developments
- Organising exhibitions & seminars with local agents in various locations worldwide.
- Able to travel abroad such as e.g. UK/ Mainland China
Preferred skills:
- The ability to communicate in both English and Cantonese fluently (Mandarin being a bonus)
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Confidence when liaising with clients and key decision makers
- Problem solving skills
- Able to provide a great customer service

- High level of availability
