Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Toluna by actively driving, growing and managing Toluna’s Malaysian online community, building healthy relationships with community members, and engaging directly with users online
  • Monitor, moderate, and promote activities on our websites and on social media, such as Facebook
  • Respond to member inquiries via email
  • Incentive redemption handling
  • Translations and translation checks: English to/from Malay
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Native Malay speaker is a must, proficient in spoken and written Malay and English.
  • Experience in the market research industry is not compulsory
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and can work without constant supervision
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel
  • 2 to 3 days work per week, 8 hours per day
  • This position is located in our Hong Kong office (TsimShaTsui). Overseas candidate please do not apply
