Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the marketing team so as to optimize business dynamics
• Plan and develop effective marketing strategies to reinforce company position, brand and product image
• Identify customer segments and develop effective marketing initiatives for driving business growth
• Formulate and monitor marketing programs to acquire new loan customers, encourage usage and customer loyalty
• Perform post-program analysis and monitor program financials to ensure programs effectiveness
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness for different media and channels to meet yearly budgeted revenue and other business KPIs
• Drive different internal and external parties to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in banking / financial institutions / advertising agencies
• Strong in advertising & marketing program management
• Good knowledge of consumer loans products
• Creative, good commercial sense and strong project management skill
• Able to work independently & meet tight time line.
• Good interpersonal skills, highly organized, initiative, analytical and adaptive to the market change
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
