Responsibilities:

• Collaborate customer segmentation monitoring and provide analysis to identify risks and opportunities to improve business profitability
• Conduct portfolio review and marketing campaign review and provide insightful recommendations and findings
• Responsible for performing customer segmentation and business trend analysis as well as developing various business presentation for management’s evaluation
• Analyze customer behavior to aid product and service decision making such as pricing, new product development

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ working experience, preferably with banking experience
• Good knowledge of SAS, SQL or other statistical tools
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
