Responsibilities:

• Participate in formulation & implementation of marketing strategies and programs to grow the profitability of credit cards
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve the assigned business target
• Analyze market trend and customer behaviors to provide recommendation
• Propose new card products and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage and work closely with different sales channels to ensure they can meet the assigned business targets
• Proactively drive marketing programs by negotiating and co-ordinating with internal departments
• Drive both internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
• Manage marketing budget in effective manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing function, preferably with card marketing experience
• Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Hands-on skills in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
• Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
