Responsibilities

• Handle event logistics planning and preparation
• Research, study and consolidate event and market information
• Proposal, report, rundown and MC script write-ups
• Communicate with client and vendors
• Grounding support in event props and materials production and preparation
• Onsite executions and supports

Basic Requirements

• Degree graduate in any discipline, preferred in related fields: marketing, events, languages, communications or design
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-year to 5-year working experience are welcome
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills

General Details and Remuneration Package

• 5-day work (Mon – Fri), 10am – 7pm
• Occasional working in holidays
• *Compensation leave will be entitled if working is required on statutory holidays, according to Employment Ordinance.
• Paid annual leave: 10 – 12 days per year
• Salary ranges:
• Fresh graduates: HK$11,000 – HK$13,000
• Candidate with around 1-year of related experience: HK$13,000 – HK$15,000
• Candidate with around 2-year of related experience: HK$15,000 – HK$17,000
• Candidate with around 3-year of related experience: HK$17,000 – HK$20,000
• Candidate with around 4-year to 5-year of related experience: HK$20,000 – HK$25,000
• Discretionary bonus twice a year
