Job Description:

E-commerce:

• To coordinate all new E-commerce project / initiative in Region Asia Pacific
• To manage and assist Area offices in delivering agreed e-penetration targets for the year
• To increase awareness , provide training and promote use of E-commerce products
• To monitor operations for service quality, insuring all electronic products are delivered within established quality standards
• To provide ecommerce support, daily account maintenance, customer follow-up, trouble-shooting and managing customer complaints
• To perform competitive analysis and market research on the e-commerce market landscape
• To assist the E-Commerce Manager to fulfill product and department objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Detention and Demurrage:

• To coordinate with headquarter and Area offices to ensure detention and demurrage process is handled in efficient and effective manner
• To provide technical and application support for the company’s practice , D&D systems and related applications
• To setup standard operating procedures for RAP detention and demurrage
• To perform business analysis and reporting
• To assist with the development of DnD business plans and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Preferably Diploma or above
• Atleast2yearsshippingexperienceindocumentationpreferable
• Be able to communicate in Cantonese,English and Mandarin if possible
• Good command of Spoken and Writing English, Mandarin, & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS word / excel
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Liner Shipping / logistics industry
