Branch Manager – Retail Banking

Our client is a famous Retail Banking Group. They are seeking a high caliber professional to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales and operation of the branch and ensure high quality service can be delivered to customer
• Formulate and implement of business strategies and sales campaigns to achieve the assigned business targets
• Generate new business for the branch
• Ensure branch operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Business or related disciplines, passes in HKSI, IIQE and MPF examinations
• Minimum 8 years' banking experience in which at least 3 years in managerial position
• Solid knowledge of compliance and banking regulations
• Strong leadership skill, dynamic, result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
