Job Description
Our client is an US based Banking corporation provides a full range of banking products for business and personal needs is seeking for a HR Officer to support their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Generalist in working with the assigned business units in recruitment, training, people development, performance management, retention, succession planning, employee satisfaction, relocation, and recognition programs to ensure the success of business initiatives
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys, action plans, employee communication, and other related HR projects with businesses
- Ensure the compliance of all HR processes to both internal policies and government regulations
- Work with the HR Generalist team on other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 1 years HR experience in financial industry
- A positive and flexible team-player and act with integrity
- Related HR experience in financial Industry
- Detail oriented individual who demonstrates high level of accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills BOTH in English and Chinese
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
