Job Description
Job Duties:
Under the guidance of senior experienced team members:
- Advise clients on corporate finance matters (e.g. IPO, FA, IFA, M&A, corporate restructuring, etc.)
- Participate in deal execution and related work (e.g. due diligence, site visit, documentation, etc.)
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and other professionals
Qualifications:
- Degree holder with strong desire to develop a long term career in the corporate finance industry
- Solid experience of 0-4 years in the corporate finance or related fields eg. audit
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive
- Good command in written and oral Mandarin and English
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
