Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Credit Risk Manager, review requirements for system enhancement, formulate system test plan extensively with reference to the project requirements
• Prepare and execute of User Acceptance Test for system optimization projects, monitor and document the transition
• Liaise with various teams to identify and monitor new change requests, assist in bank projects as needed to ensure implementation of credit-risk-related applications that support business needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial industry
• Experience in managing user requirements, preparing test plan, performing UAT
• Good knowledge of unsecured lending products such as credit card / personal loans, and/or debit card
• Organized, mature, detail-minded and solution-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks on schedule, independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
