Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Director of Broker & IFA to lead a team of business development staff to Implement of business strategy that meets the needs of brokers and IFAs.
- To monitor the overall business development team action plans in order to ensure delivery of plans and to achieve daily production target on an ongoing basis.
- Formulate promotion campaigns to enrich our business relations with brokers/ IFAs from time to time to enable business growth.
- Recommend appropriate business improvement plans on the areas assigned by the Director, Broker & IFA to increase our market competitiveness.
- Report to management on all production related forecasts and results on a regular basis.
- Proactively communicate with brokers & IFAs to collect market intelligence for all business related areas.
- Work cross functionally to drive and enhance the operation processes which support the growth of the broker & IFA business.
Requirements:
- University Graduate with 8 years relevant working experiences with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Good connections with local/ international brokers/ IFAs.
- Good understanding of the brokerage market.
- Excellent communication in English & Mandarin and presentation skills.
- Strong sales/ marketing skills and determination to succeed.
