Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' service requests are fulfilled

Prepare statistical reports / analysis and make recommendation for customer services enhancement
-
Resolve and analyze customer opinions and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement
-
Ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
-
Assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
-
Degree holder or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in banking / credit card business
-
Knowledge in card products, systems and operations an advantage
-
Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong self-motivated, well organized, independent and a good team player
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
-
Immediate availability preferred
