Responsibilities:

• Support the unsecured lending business strategy building in South East Asia region countries
• Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders to lead credit strategy formulation and implementation in South East Asia region countries
• Review and provide comments on credit policies in South East Asia region countries
• Monitor, track and analyze portfolio performances and provide timely updates on asset quality to senior management
• Maintain Credit decision system and conduct user acceptance test
• On-site visit in South East Asia region countries

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Credit Risk Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Mining or relevant quantitative disciplines
• Minimum 3 year experience in portfolio risk management on unsecured lending (credit card and/or personal loan) products
• Knowledge in scorecard / modelling and credit decision systems is preferable
• Strong in presentation and project management skills
• Self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Working experience in South East Asia region countries or experience in managing portfolios in the region is definitely advantageous
• Mobility to work overseas
• Proficiency in SAS, Excel Macro, Powerpoint
• Candidates with less experience can be considered depending on position offered
