Job Duties:

• Participate in training and daily operations of multiple departments with the potential for career advancement longer term (specific duties depend on department placement)
• Provide support and quality service to clients regarding products and inquiries
• Assist customers in completing and processing documents and account opening procedures
• Assist in trade settlement for products including securities, futures, options, derivatives and commodities in Hong Kong and global markets;
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties;
• Handle general administrative tasks from time to time
• Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by department head or management
• Internal and third party training will be provided

Requirements:

• Diploma or University graduates preferably in Business or related disciplines 
• Some experience in financial industry or recent graduate with immediate availability will be considered
• Responsible, hard-working, a good team player with high level of integrity;
• Shift and occasional weekend/public holidays duty will be required if necessary
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
