Job specification:

• As part of the shared service Systems Team working in agile (Scrum and Kan ban) way to deliver high-performing platform for the business and development team.
• Engage with product management team (product owners) and business directly to build business cases, user epics and stories to drive both business- and technology-oriented initiatives while maintaining
• Engage with technical team members, partners and vendors to establish the technical vision, strategy and execution roadmap on technical solutions
• Establish and apply fit-for-purpose technology platform and systems architecture, governance, security, and global process standards across the organization.
• Provide and support agile technical execution and operations throughout system planning, design and implementation and operations to enable the business. Enforce a global strategic roadmap to ensure proper fit-for-use platforms and systems; Initiate and maintain business resiliency and disaster recovery strategies and processes.
• Contribute and participate in our Agile, Cloud and Dev Ops transformation with focus on providing appropriate automation tool chains to enable the teams to be agile 
• Provide platform and system continuous improvements by working with all parties via inspect and adapt approach
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in an effective and engaging manner to build and maintain high team spirit across the border.

Job requirements: 

• Must have ability to work in a fast pace technical environment with agile culture demonstrating autonomy and personal mastery in delivering value based on team strategic intent and adhering to team culture values at all times
• 8+ years of relevant IT services and operations experience (Server/Storage/Network Infrastructure management, desktop management, backup, patch management, monitoring, security, performance, capacity, availability) 
• 2+ years’ in managing private, hybrid and public cloud/virtualization (e.g. AWS / GCE / Azure) infrastructure, automation and orchestrations tools, preferably infrastructure as code knowledge (eg. AWS Cloud Formation / Ansible).
• 2+ year’ experiencing in deploying and managing SaaS services such as O365, Cloud backup.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience supporting system development as system administration in Windows and Linux environment.
• 2+ years’ experience in office Infrastructure engineering, from design to deployment to operations of products or solutions, preferably in a few of the following areas:Preferred knowledge and experience in Dev Ops, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, container technology.
  • VDI, desktop virtualization, software distribution (e.g. SMS/SCCM), desktop application publishing or virtualization, e.g. VMWare or Citrix technologies.
  • Global policy control, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Single Sign On technologies.
  • Business mobility, Mobile Device management (MDM), Mobile information management (MIM), BYOD services.
• Preferred knowledge and experience inDevOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, container technology.
• Preferred automation experience with a scripting language (e.g. PHP / JavaScript / JAVA / C# / golang / python / Swift) and experience in database and messaging technologies, eg RDBMS, NoSQL, Message Queue.
