Purpose of the Position:

Under general description, the incumbent will supervise a project team to implement small to medium scale projects. He/She should be capable to identify system requirement, develop and write programs to meet these requirements; responsible for resources planning, designing, testing, documenting, implementing and maintaining application programs; and performs related work as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the project team to implement small to medium scale projects
• Discusses system requirements with user departments and develops the necessary IT support required.
• Prepare project schedule and resource plan
• Write computer programs to meet users’ needs, ensures the program is tested and work efficiently and effectively.
• Assists users with any difficulties they may have with the application of the system.
• Liaise with Regional IT on bug fixes and solutions.
• Contributes to systems and applications specifications.
• Test systems and reports on results, ensuring necessary program changes are implemented and documented.
• Assists in user trials and acceptance testing.
• Support users during implementation.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Prepared details flow chart and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.
• Trouble shoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including component configuration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related academic disciplines and with at least seven (7) years of software development experience, preferable in MNC environment.
• Knowledge of Company’s supported hardware, software, and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity.
• Knowledge of at least seven (7) years of software development experience
• Knowledge on information system project management
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusion.
• Ability to develop system solutions for operational problems.
• Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and / or program modifications.
• Working experience on Java script, Microsoft SQL Server and .NET Framework
• Good knowledge on distribution and accounting systems
• Working experience as a supervisor
• Knowledge on DB administration and system interfaces preferred
