Job Description

• Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
• Responsible for on-site IT support include hardware diagnostic, operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting.
• Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT problems.
• Handle IT documentation and reporting.
• Assist in hardware and software asset management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Computer Science fields or equivalent.
• 1years IT support experience in environment with Microsoft Windows PC and email support.
• Knowledge in networking theory and equipment.
• Knowledgeable on Active Directory and Email account administration.
• Hands-on skill on Microsoft Office software.
• Diagnose and troubleshooting on IT issues.
• Experienced on mobile device support.
• Experienced in IT system is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
• Good customer service attitude and able to deal with different types of users.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese . Mandarin communication is a plus.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
