Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible overall administrative duties and general secretariat support to IT department
- Procurement of office suppliers, stationery, equipment of IT related projects
- Monitoring license record, project status, equipment inventory, IT helpdesk status etc.
- Handle petty cash, payment
- Assist in prepare documentation for SVF, ISO27001 etc
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
Requirements :
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Min. 2 years or above working experience
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office, English & Chinese Typing
- Able to command in English and Chinese
- Well organized, responsible, motivated and work independence
- Good communication snd interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferred
