As part of the IT Infrastructures Solution Team, you are responsible for:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities;
• Participate in pre-sales activities to provide advisory to assist sales team in generating revenue;
• Be involve in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business;
• Tailor solution, competitive and product collateral to the needs of the clients;
• Present solution, conduct demonstration and PoC to clients;
• Tender and proposal writing in respond to clients' requests;
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and processes;
• Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 2 year experiences in IT Infrastructure;
• Strong ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle, proposal, post-sale transition;
• Strong ability to understand and describe solution and architecture and its ability to interoperate with prospective customer IT infrastructures;
• Strong technology background combined with the ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels (IT, Operations and Executive level);
• Excellent customer facing and presentation skills, writing and quantitative skills, specifically related to proposals, RFI/RFP response and MS PowerPoint presentations;
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, persistence, discipline and a strong desire to succeed, and willingness to do whatever is necessary to win;
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, and Mandarin a plus.
